Exhibition Assistant Intern Position

전시 준비를 함께할 어시스턴트 인턴을 모집합니다. 미대 전공자 또는 미대 재학생/대학생, 또는 전공과 관계없이 디자이너로나 아티스트로서의 사명감을 가지신 분들을 환영합니다.

Before the Name은 아직 이름이 알려지지 않은 신진 작가들의 작품을 발굴하고, 그 작가들의 작품을 전시하거나, 새로운 기획을 통해 작품을 재해석하여 전시로 선보이는 프로젝트입니다. 단순한 전시를 넘어, 작가의 작업이 더 넓은 관객과 연결될 수 있도록 기획하며, 창작자에게 새로운 기회를 만들어주는 선한 방향의 플랫폼을 지향합니다.

전시 준비부터 설치, 굿즈 제작까지 전 과정을 함께하며 전반적인 기획과 실행 과정을 직접 배울 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있습니다. 또한 Before the Name은 신진 작가의 작품을 발굴하는 것을 목표로 하는 전시이기 때문에, 본인의 작업 전시에 관심이 있는 경우 향후 함께 기획하여 전시 공모에 참여할 수 있는 기회도 열려 있습니다.

We are looking for an assistant intern to join us in preparing an upcoming exhibition.
Art majors, current art students, or individuals with a strong sense of purpose as a designer—regardless of major—are all welcome.

Before the Name is a project dedicated to discovering emerging artists whose names are not yet widely known. It presents their work through exhibitions, as well as through new curatorial approaches that reinterpret and showcase their pieces in fresh ways.

This is a great opportunity to experience the full process—from preparation to installation and even merchandise production—while learning both the planning and execution sides of an exhibition. Since the project focuses on discovering new artists, there may also be opportunities for those interested in showcasing their own work to collaborate and participate in future exhibitions.

    • April – May: Overall preparation

    • June 2 – 4: Installation

    • June 5 – 21: Exhibition period

    • June 21 – 22: Deinstallation

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist with overall exhibition planning and preparation

    • Artwork handling and vendor visits

    • Social media content and support

    • Installation and exhibition guidance
