RCA 동문분들을 위한 ‘Before the Name’ 전시 프라이빗 모임에 초대드립니다. 전시를 함께 오랜만에 동문들과 편하게 이야기 나누며 교류할 수 있는 자리가 되었으면 합니다.
전시에서는 친구의 다양한 모습을 담은 일러스트와 인스톨레이션 작품들을 통해, 관람객들이 각자의 ‘친구’에 대해 떠올리고 생각해볼 수 있는 공간을 만들어갑니다. 또한 기획자 및 참여 아티스트들과 함께 전시에 대한 이야기를 나누실 수 있으며, 간단한 스낵과 음료도 준비되어 있습니다.
또한, 캐나다 초청 사진작가 Natalia Dolan의 작품도 전시의 일부를 함께 구성합니다. 펩시 CEO 등 저명인사의 인물 사진 작업으로 알려진 작가는 전시와 함께 무료 촬영 세션도 진행합니다. 전시의 에피소드인 ‘Friends’를 테마로, 친구나 동료와 함께 방문하시면 특별한 순간을 사진으로 남겨드립니다.

We would like to invite RCA alumni to a private gathering for the Before the Name exhibition. We hope this will be a relaxed opportunity to reconnect, share conversations, and spend time together through the exhibition.
Through illustrations and installation works exploring different forms of friendship, the exhibition creates a space where visitors can reflect on their own meaning of “friends.” Guests will also have the chance to meet the curator and participating artists, while enjoying light snacks and drinks prepared for the evening.
Works by invited Canadian photographer Natalia Dolan will also be featured as part of the exhibition. Known for her portrait photography of notable figures including the CEO of Pepsi, the artist will also host a complimentary photo session during the event. Inspired by the exhibition’s first episode, “Friends,” visitors are invited to capture special memories with friends or colleagues.
